Low mix cold and hot mixer, high-speed mixer is mainly used for: polyvinyl chloride resin mixing, coloring, coloring, drying, polyethylene, polypropylene particles, ABS polycarbonate and other hygroscopic resin before molding processing, phenolic resin mixing and other processes. It is one of the equipment of plastic processing plants*, and it is also used in rubber, pharmaceutical, dyeing and other industries. Because it has the advantages of fast mixing, uniform mixture, good absorption of resin to additives, convenient machine operation, easy cleaning, strong and durable, compact structure and so on. It has gradually replaced low-speed mixers and is used in various plastic industries. 1. The mixer and the electric control box are installed on the cement foundation and fixed with anchor bolts. 2. The resistance heating ring for heating of the mixer is evenly transmitted to the pot body by the high ignition point mechanical oil in the heating jacket, and the power cord is connected through the underground wire guard. 3. The mixing machine cooling adopts water cooling, through the jacket, the cooling ring through the cooling water to achieve uniformity.
